You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a butt-kickin' workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
This course is 4 weeks long. 2 sessions a week. 8 total sessions.
We run a new course every 4-5 weeks. Join in if it fits your schedule!
If it doesn't schedule a "No-Sweat" intro, and we will pick a time for 1:1 coaching sessions that fit your schedule.
