Morning GO-Button Muffins

So this one does not require specific amounts and ingredients. 

But what makes it so perfect, is that you can make each muffins specific to your breakfast macro needs!!! 


All you need is…

 - a muffin sheet

 - some spray oil

 - an oven

 - eggs or egg substitute

 - anything you like to put in your eggs

    (Cheese, veggies, sausage, bacon…) 


If you’re a counter, and as long as you know how many eggs, or how much meat you want for breakfast, how much fat, etc. you can put these little muffins together and you’re ready to rock every breakfast and run out the door. 


For example if I’m working out first thing in the morning, I don’t like to have a bunch of fat, so I typically go for the egg substitute. 

I know that roughly 300 grams of egg substitute fits my protein needs for breakfast. 

I’ll fill about 75 grams worth of egg substitute in each muffin tin. 

75x4 = 300grams. 

That means I get four muffins for breakfast and that’s pretty filling for me. 


If I feel like adding a little goodness, I’ll put a little low fat cheese in each one. 


I love putting the addition of onion, chopped up mushrooms, some spinach, and I just sprinkle that into each little egg filled cup. 



Plop it in a preheated oven at around 375 degrees and wait it out for 10-15 Minutes or until you can pierce each muffin with a fork and the fork comes out clean!!!
