Getting Started

Introductory Training Session Free

This session introduces you to the CrossFit methodology and background, provides initial fitness assessment, and determines your training path.  After this session, you can schedule your One-on-One Training Sessions with one of our CrossFit Petoskey Certified Trainers.

One-on-One Training Sessions $35 per session (*bring a friend and reduce the cost!)

We require 2-3 one-on-one training sessions with one of our Certified CrossFit trainers prior to beginning working out in the group classes.  One-on-one training sessions will focus on training and drilling the fundamental exercises, instruction on appropriate scaling techniques for individuals, and reinforcement of proper form for all fundamental exercises and lifts. This is required of all new CrossFit Petoskey members prior to participation in regular group class WODs. (Workout Of the Day).

After satisfactory completion of the One-on-One Training Sessions, where you can demonstrate proper form of the fundamental exercises and appropriate scaling of those exercises, you can begin our Group Classes.
